Nearshore Inbound Call Experts Limited operates out of Cazoumar Free Zone which is located on five acres of prime oceanfront property in the tropical paradise of Montego Bay, Jamaica. Conveniently located just two miles outside of town,

This is the first privately owned and operated Free Zone in the English speaking Caribbean. This location is ideal for our U.S. based customers and is approximately 600 miles from Miami. Sangster International Airport is a short 5 minutes’ drive to Montego Bay.

Our Facility

Our facility encompasses over 65,000 SF of fully air-conditioned office and information technology space completely outfitted carpet flooring, and acoustical ceiling tiles. Our facility and working environment is comfortable and relax but still has all the first-class call amenities of a high end call center
